Senior Pastor Carey and wife Janine have been living in New Plymouth for most of their lives, and have been a part of Park City Church since 1992. Prior to becoming the senior pastor of Park City Church at the end of 2001, Carey worked in the computer industry for nearly 10 years.

Carey and Janine have a passion for the local Church. Their desire is to see people grow in the purposes of God and become increasingly effective in the kingdom of God, while building an accurate and relevant local church. Their life verse is Matthew 6:33 - "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these other things will be given to you."

Carey's passion is to see people live in wisdom and to see the local church be relevant and modern in expression, while still representing God's truth acurately. He is also involved locally with the New Plymouth Christian Leaders' Network. Janine has a passion for worship and a desire to see all people released into the purpose God has for them. She is involved locally with Influencing Women, an annual women's conference organised by a team of women in ministry. 

Carey and Janine have three children Aleisha, Josiah and Liam and in their spare time, the Clow family enjoy geocaching, love going to the movies and  always appreciate a good meal with friends.
